How becoming a mom helped me find structure, purpose, and a new kind of ambition.

Before I became a mom, I was scared that motherhood might slow me down that I wouldn’t be able to chase my goals or run my business the way I used to.
But funny enough, I’ve achieved more as a mom than I did before.
My business has grown. We’ve opened more branches. And I’ve been able to build something that can run even without my constant presence.
Still, that didn’t happen by chance.
It happened because I made a decision — to stay intentional, structured, and driven, even as a mom

One mistake I see many women make before motherhood
They don’t put themselves together first.
They don’t build that inner structure mentally, emotionally, and professionally — before stepping into motherhood.
And when motherhood comes, it shakes everything.
When I became a mom, I came across a Facebook post that completely changed my mindset.
It was a post where moms shared their regrets how they couldn’t achieve their goals or felt stuck after having kids.
From that day, I told myself: “That will never be me.”
Even during pregnancy, I pushed myself.
There were days I was tired, overwhelmed, imperfect — but I never lost that drive. Because it’s that drive that keeps you going as a mother.
Children see everything
I want my daughter to see me chasing my dreams, not giving up on them.
I want her to know that it’s possible to be a present mom and a purposeful woman.
It’s not easy but even when I fall short, I remind myself that I have to keep going.
Motherhood forced me to create better structure in my business.
Yes, I had systems before, but now they truly work because they align with the life I live as a mom.
I had to organize things in a way that gives me flexibility and peace and that has been one of the biggest blessings.
Recently, I was inducted into CAPA (Culinary Arts Practitioners Association) a moment that reminded me that growth can happen in every season of motherhood. 💛
You can nurture your family and still chase your dreams. You can build a home and still build yourself.
So, mama, don’t stop showing up for your passions even small steps count.
For The Moms Building or Rebuilding
If you’re trying to start a business, rebrand your existing one, or just find balance — you’re not alone.
Something that has helped me a lot is using AI and digital tools to simplify tasks and save time.
I grab every opportunity I find online because every bit of knowledge adds value.
When I became a mom, I even wrote my first e-book.
I’ve achieved so much because I refused to let motherhood stop me from growing.
My advice to every mom
Keep your fire alive. 🔥

For me, I didn’t let it hold me back I allowed it to bring out the best in me.
Every season, every challenge, and every milestone has stretched me in ways I never imagined.
Being a digital marketer has also helped me shape my business in ways I never imagined from creating better systems to showing up confidently online.
No knowledge is ever wasted. Every skill adds up, every lesson counts.
I’m grateful for the brands have built over the years , and even more grateful that I never stopped dreaming.
